I reformated and everything seemed fine... but then i tried to connect to the wireless connection from home (have done this before and it worked) but for some reason it will connect but say something about 'limited or no connectivity' and wont let me do anything net related... i tried "repair network connection" and it says failed because it couldnt renew my IP address? what does this mean and how do i fix it?

Depends what kind of connection you have.

Dialup: you will need to install your isp's cd again, and all software provided, and set up a new connection in control panel

DSL: (see above)

Highspeed (cable): Install all software given by your isp, and start a connection in your control panel. Once you have made a connection and gained access to the internet, it will have you install the browser connection. Install it, follow their steps and YOUR SET.

If this was any help to you, make sure and put me as your best answer. Hope this helps ya out some. :)
