Well I agree with you, Thats the only reason I dislike him (Not hate) . It wasn't just a regular wwe storyline, It was a screw up job.

HBK is as bad as a person can get. Don't get me wrong he's a hell of a athlete, but as a person he sucks. When he was in his prime he and his cliqe held down other wrestlers by telling Vince which wrestlers he and the cliqe would work with and not work with. Then theres the fact that he didn't like dropping titles to people that weren't his friends. This was the case when he was supposed to drop the title to Bret Hart but instead he forfeited the title because he lost his smile, and because his knee was hurt. That match was supposed to headline Wrestlemania 13. Then theres the Montreal Screwjob Shawn has even admitted that Vince told him about the real finish. Afterword he lied about it for years saying he didn't know some Christian faith you got Shawn. He might be a different person now that he old and pathetic but I don't think that makes up for him and his buddies being A$$E$ there whole career.

Well it's purely because he is in DX. I hate the mcmahons and anyone that will stand against them I like. Also he is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Even if he has been in with Vince at some point so has HHH. Now he has stopped I like him as simple as that.

First of all, hbk/bret wasn't an angle. Second, it was a submission, not a pinfall. Third, hbk admitted being in on it. And as bad as he was in real life...especiall w/ the Kliq...I don't judge.
I'd still be mad, but I'll believe HBK is a born-again Christian since 2002 unless proven otherwise. So I let it go.

Mainly it is because he is entertaining, and in the WWE it has been proven that you can go far if you can entertain the crowd, even if you are not deserving. Personally I think he is still a jerk who will do anything to be on top. He doesn't have to do much nowadays to do that but during the early nineties you could just see that he was getting more and more frustrated that Bret Hart was achieving more than him and people like his good friend Kevin Nash were getting the title before him. So instead of working his *** off he decided to do everything possible to mock Bret, and put shame to Bret's name. Then after Bret returned in 1996 Shawn continued to do everything to Bret to infuriate him, and then in 1997 he helped screw the best wrestler ever of the WWE of his dignity, his pride, and and his love of the sport because after the "screw job" his heart never was in it again. So really Shawn Michael's, in his jealousy, robbed Bret Hart fans of watching him longer than we got to. Thanks alot Shawn, you jackass! I admit that I enjoy DX and I am a fan of them but I will never like Shawn personally for what he did to Bret.

He did apologise to us fans and he still is a great entertainer.Although he screwed Bret Hart and done some other bad things,you gotta remember all those great things he did.

Because thats his character, not the real shawn michaels. The real guy is a good man. Plus, HBK is one hell of an entertainer, hes funny and hes a great wrestler. How can we not love him?

if you really knew your wrestling history Shawn was as surprised as Bret when the ref counted 3 and he was pissed to have to accept the belt. plus he kept people out of the room backstage when Bret went in to knock Vince out cold.
