I'm assuming you mean classroom management. Read the book The First Day of School by Harry Wong. It has excellent information for new teachers.

Otherwise, you'll develop your own techniques and systems as you go along and get to know your kids. Without knowing more about your grade level and students it's really hard to give any tips, but check out the book, it's really good.

I would suggest that you first learn enough basic grammar to construct a meaningful question before you have the gall to stand in front of a class of children and attempt to teach them anything. It is little wonder that education is is such a dire state when "teachers" do not have a proper command of the language they are using.

Somebody was asked about politeness."how did u learn etiquette?" He said " I socialized with rude people and I learnt politeness." I don't know if it works for us or not

(2) u mus stop doin undisciplinary things

(4) listen to ur elders, use ur mind to understand wat is right n wrong
(5)make a list of rules zat u've got to follow strictly
(6) don't do too much mischief
(7) hav faith n everything is goona b alright
