Try this, it will sure make you happy:
1. Cleans tone and moisturise you face (along with lips well)
2. Put little foundation over you lips a well, along with compact or loose powder
3. Draw a thick line around your lips using a liner pencil 2 shades darker than the colour of lipstick you plan to apply (Use mild colours, not too jazzy, as they make your lips look quite sharp and hence thinner)
4. Apply liquid longstay glossy lipstick with a lipstick brush (never directly).
5. Put a dab of neutral lip gloss at the middle of your upper and lower lip, and blend it only slightly.
6. end with putting very little body glitter at the middle of your upper lip.
You will sure end up lookign great with luscious and too hard to resist thick lips...
Tell me when you try it...it'll giev wonderful results...
Take care

I normally use two lip liners, one that is a dark shade and another one that is a lighter one. I go around my natural lip line first extending it just slightly outside of it, and then I use the lighter shade just inside the darker one. I then fill in my lips with a slightly darker lipstick, and then follow this with a lighter shade. You then use a nice gloss or vaseline to finish it off.

Try both utilising lip liner to stipulate them extra and cause them to a tad larger, simply do not do it an excessive amount of as it'll appear humorous. Or use lip plumping glosses similar to Lip Venom or LipFusion (each at Sephora shops). Good Luck

We were on the same problem.
My lower lips more thicker than my upper lips...
It looking uncomfortable.
Dont use lip linner. It make our lips bold.
Try this step:-
1) Dont use lip liner
2) Dont use bright colour lipstick
3) Use natural colour lipstick
4) Dont use so much lip gloss.
5) Natural colour lips are suitable for us.

Get a darker shade of lipstick than the one that you will use for the overall color on your lips. Line you lips with the darker shade, then fill in the rest. Whatever you do don't put on lipgloss over the lipstick because it will smear and clump up in spots on your lips.

The company I work for has a great prep and plump line of colors that work really well. You want to make sure your products contain no mineral oil as mineral impedes the absorption of good ingredients in products. You can check it out at www.arbonne.com you can only order through a your own wholesale account. If you are interested in setting up an account let me know jamistansberry@hotmail.com

Use a lip plumper like DuWop lip venom, or Avon's lipsticks from the beyond colour range, they have plumping retinol in them, even l'oreal has plumping lipsticks.

Put lipstick around your mouth not just on your lips, it really helps them to look thicker and sexier
