my ex borke up with me and he said that he was cutting copntact yet he keeps containg me one way or another. why does he do this??? can no contact makie someone realise if he loves me still???? does he stil have feelings for me coz he still does this??

My advice is don't beg for your ex to come back. If begging makes him return to you, it doesn't mean he loves you, probably because of long term bonding and sympathy reasons. If he still loves or treasures you, you needn't beg him and he wld come back willingly to you. Once love is gone, nothing can make him come back. Don't be silly and waste time on him. I believe, many of us had been through this stage, but look at us, we're going strong and working our way through another stage of life. The reason he keeps contacting you is because he just wants to remain as friends with you after breaking up, that doesn't mean he still loves you. Many couples became good friends after a break up but sadly to say, many also choose to cut off the contact. The choice is yours! Whatever it is, begging your ex will just makes you loose your dignity and self-esteem. Leave some face & dignity for yourself, I believe you'll SURE find a better guy like many of us do. No matter how badly you're hurt, time will heal your wounds. Lastly, I really hope you can find your true love and live your life to the fullest. Forget begging him and be yourself. Your world doesn't revolve around him. There're so many people around who loves you so much. You must love yourself first before you can love another person. Hope you can take our advice. Similar thing happened to me before. We broke up. I begged him to come back. He refused. He got a new girlfriend. I gave up and stopped contacting him. He wanted to become friends again. Eventually, told me that he still had feelings for me. He told me that he will always love me.
I am not saying the same will happen to you. But by cutting contact with him, he will see what it will be like to not have you in his life. And you will have a chance to see what is out there beside him.

He obviously still has feelings for you!You obviously still have feelings for him! An ex should be just that, an EX! If neither of you wanted contact with the other, you`d both find your own way to make sure it didn`t happen!

OMG. I have lived that. Maybe he would realize that he still loves you or maybe he is just a jerk. I would say he is a jerk. When he tries to contact you, let him know that you are busy and don't have the time to speak with him. if he ask what you are doing..be real vague. he was a jerk to let you go. Forget about him. Do not beg, whatever you do. Well he can one day see that he cares about you and can come back. I really do not see it that way myself. I think that if he has cut all contact with you, he is not interested. He may be moving on with someone else, and that is why he does not want anything to do with you anymore. I suggest you leave it alone and move on for yourself. Dating/love is hard in life and sometimes you have to move on.

Stop responding to him. If you want to know if he really cares, mention another guy in your life. You don't have to claim to date or anything but I mentioned a freind named Jay (she's actually female) to my ex and he freaked out.
