Assuming you took a pregnancy test and it came back +. If you are having a normal like period i would go to the dr's if you were sure you were PG. Some bleeding is normal for some during the 1st trimester. As long as it is not bright red or clots along with cramps. Also if you are PG and you do have bright red and clots do not lose all hope. I had bright red and passed a sizeable clot and thought i MC but it turned out i had a tear i was put on bedrest for a few weeks.
You need to have an U/S done to see if there is anything in the sac. Not sure how far along you are but they could also check for a heart beat.
If in fact you MC you still need to go to the Dr's you may need a D&C done.

Go see your docter, and if your last period was 2 weeks ago then not likely, your hormones could be out of shwack. Also if youve been abstinant since your last period then no chance

This could be implantation bleeding. Wait until your period is normally due and take a test.

You would know if you had a miscarriage because when my friend had one she was in alot of pain.
