It is a real creature as amazing and unbelievable as it sounds. Dr. Jeff Meldrum just came out with a book called Sasquatch that is very compelling. The mountain of evidence is only a missing a body. Funny thing is, we haven't found any Sasquatch yet willing to donate his body to Science. They are funny that way. Here on Yahoo, it is interesting to talk of Bigfoot. Yahoo is a term that was used in the book "Gullivers Travels" regarding a race of giant hairy people. Daniel Boone went to his grave claiming he killed a 10-foot Yahoo. My mother in law who is from China and doesn't speak English too well has a maintenance man named Raul. I don't know why but it just cracks me up every time she mispronounces his name as Yahoo. I always think of bigfoot when I hear that.
If you would like evidence that D. Boone claimed to kill a bigfoot (Yahoo) check this link and search for Yahoo:

I never seen him so I dont think he is real. I doubt I evey will any because I live in the city and I don't plan on moving to the country ever. Besides all the bigfoot evidence has been faked. It was shown on TV how it is faked. If you can fake it then it is not real, unless of course I see it with my own eyes.

I believe that there is enough wilderness in Canada and Alaska that something up there could live quite remotely. My father in law was living in Canada and saw a Very tall "creature" down at the edge of a creek near his home and mentioned it to a local native and the old man said that it was "Sasquat Bear". The Natives in that region have thousands of years of stories about it.
I guess you only know if you know.
