They're too busy telling other people what they think that they don''t have enough time to ask the other people what they think?
Consider-if they are level 7, they probably have answered way more questions than your average Answers users.
Or something like that...maybe...

I dont even know what all these "levels" mean. But I'm at level three, and I guess the best I can say, is that after reading and answering so many questions, you can sort of guess what answers people will give to a question you ask, so you don't even bother. Which just goes to show you that most people already know most of the answers to their questions, but are just looking for people to validate their decisions, or start some kind of debate. I can think of few questions that I could ask , without being able to either find the answer on an internet search, or asking friends that know me already. other than that, its just a way to put ideas your own ideas out there.

That is how you quickly jump up levels. Asking questions burns 5 points a pop.
