It could become difficult. You are so used to having a orgasm through masturbation that when you're w/ a real person they might not hit the right spot or you can't relax w/ them enough to orgasm.

yep, you will reach orgasm.
although it will
a) take longer
b) result in less ejaculate
c) make your penis sore if you do it too much
But as long as you don;t hurt it, keep up with school/work, continue to wpend time with friends and have an active social life, engage in sports or hobbies and all that, you can masturbate as much as your penis will take.

No, this is not true. It may be harder to have one if you masturbate frequently, but it won't make it impossibe to have another one.
