Why would you wish someone to reveal their true self when you have nothing to lose or gain by letting them be what they wish to be?

if physical aesthetics were inherently a social requisite or not, Micheal Jackson doesn't fall under the normal guidelines regardless. Whether he did or did not (I'm leaning toward did) do those things he was tried for or not. Remember what a hit thriller was in the 80's.
When he turned into a monster for the video. To a certain degree things like cleanliness could be considered social requisites but, some people just have better personalities than others. Regardless...
