When I was younger this worked for me all of the time. I know this is painful, but go to the bathroom. Next fill the tub with lukewarm water DO NOT PUT IN ANY SOAP that is really bad and can make it worse. Drink some cranberry juice, or go to the store and get some cranberry pills. From now on you should take at least one of these pills a day if this becomes a frequent problem for you. I know how much pain you must be in and I am so sorry for you. I hope that this helps.

Try drinking Cranberry juice -those AZO pills dont really do much all they are -are cranberry pills - trust me I know & try eating yogurt -for some reason yogurt helps me - I start to feel better faster
I get them all the time - there is really nothing that will help much other than taking antibotics that your Dr. will presribe you - take all of them do not skip a dose or it will come back - do not drink any alcohol
If you must for now try taking some Over the counter pain reliever - but you will probably have to still urinate quite often through the night - you may not get any sleep -
When you see your Dr. Tomorrow - dont forget to ask him of any preventative measures for you to take to avoid getting another Urinary Tract Infection - one sure fire way to avoid them is to avoid taking Bubble Baths
Hope this helps
Good luck - & trust me I KNOW how you feel right now
I used to get up to 8 UTI's a year - luckily I havent' gotten one since before I had my babygirl
* Personally I wouldn't wait til the Morning - anytime I get a UTI - I go to the ER -they are just too unbearable

If you have a store close to you that is open. They have a product called AZO. It is a temporary treatment until you can see your doctor but it will help the pain and discomfort. Also drink Cranberry juice it really does help. You can also take up to 800 Mg's of Ibuprofen. Sometimes holding a heating pad against your pelvic area. If you don't have a heating pad. Put a towel in the microwave or dryer and use it the same way.
If these don't help go to the emergency room. I see patients all the time for this.
I hope something helps you. I know how bad they can hurt.

This is a true remedy for a UTI. Get a six-pack of beer, any kind. Drink as many as you can as fast as you can and then wait. When you need to go to the bathroom, wait. When you really need to go, wait. Finally, when you can't stand it any longer, go. Instant cure!! No joke. I once got a UTI almost every week and someone told me about the beer trick. I tried it, basically lay on my sofa and poured the stuff down my throat - 4 in ten minutes. I had to crawl to the bathroom (I am not a drinker). But it worked so much faster and better than anything the doctor will give you - I have tried that too. And the best part, I haven't had a UTI since. Feel well soon.

ibuprofen. Take about 400 Mg's. Cranberries help immensely. I took some antibiotics about a month ago for a UTI, and they didn't completely clear it up, so when I felt it come back, I went and bought some super concentrated cranberry supplements from Wal Mart and I took 2 soft gels twice a day and it never fully returned and has since cleared up.

Its too painful i know. I almost fainted when i was walking with my bf when i had it. the obgyn gave me Cotrimoxazole 500mg 3 times a day for 7 days. That's the antibiotic for that. But if you're pregnant you can't take that drugs. Can you get coconut juice. It's very good for that works like an antibiotic for UTI.

I would get to an emergency room unless you can manage the pain tonight.
You might try cranberry juice if you have any available.
But the ER sounds to me like the best idea.

Boy I don't know.. I had a nasty one a few years ago. Fortunately it got nasty during the day, so I was able to get treated the same day. Keep drinking water, it helps flush out your system. Maybe take an advil. Good luck. I know they suck bad!

Go to your local pharmacy, walmart, or any retail store and ask for AZO pills. they are for urinary tract infections and are available without a persription. they will releive the pain and burning almost immediately. your urine will turn a bright orange color but it is normal not harmful.
