what is Nanochloropsis Octula ?? using what type of agar n temperature to culture it??

i would guess an agar mixture of random nutrients to mimick its water environment. the tmperature would have to also depend on the environment...so ocean bacteria would need high salt content and moderate temps...but freshwater ones would want less salt and varying temps.
