I'm not asking for facts, just opinions. I won't accept "I don't know" for an answer.

Everyone (after a cerain age) knows that one's life is limited in terms of time.

However almost everyone in the world act in their lives as if there is no end to their lives ! Day-to-day activities, short term and long term motivations for activities are all centered around the false premise in people's mind that one is going to live forever.
Adults, senior citizens - everyone act this way.

This paradox which is observed among almost all people in the world is the most mysterious thing. Why this paradox - that is the greatest mystery !

The most mysterious thing, it seems to me, is the linkage between mind and body, a Cartesian version is: how these essentially different existence correspond to each other without a relationship of which I should clearly and distinctively aware ? How, and by what mechanism, can I move a finger every time I want to...

I can say pretty honestly, that I read women quite well, I undersand things, and I also know about human thought processes and psychology...hypnotism...how the way you say things matters more than what you say...etc, etc...

So, I would have to say, the biggest mystery to me, are people's intentions or real neuro-kinetic feelings at the base of all their actions...like their chemical make up and what is their priority system in their higher and lower brain...

basically, the soul and identity of other people--like, to know how another person ticks---would allow for an evolvement in my own thinking and emotional hardwiring.

The most mysterious thing in the world for me is how humanity remains hopeful inspite of all the tragedies we've experienced.

The strength of man

That to me is a mystery... an admirable mystery.

IF you believe death is a part of life, then I believe one of the most mysterious things about life is the famous "what happens to us after we die"? It's always going to remain a mystery, because no one's ever come back from the dead to tell us.

being human. its kind of a weird and awkward experience being human isn't it. i mean you would think with all this brain power you would think we would know who we are, but most people don't know who there are, including myself. a guess life is also mysterious, no sane rhyme or reason for it.

The human body. We never stop discovering new things about it and yet there's still so much we don't know.

Great question! I've really enjoyed reading the answers.
