That's what they are going to do to me. I don't have an atty. BUT I have not been subpeoned, just got a letter in the mail. So I don't need one, yet.

If the atty can get to the judge first, they can change their story & ask for the judge to allow a deal or another solution.
Without a subpeona, I'd go sit in the back of the court room just to see what's up.

1) You didn't give any details on exactly what the attorney is allegedly going to do. You say this is what they are going to do to you. How do you know? Is there some basis to your claim, or just general distrust of the legal system?

2) If you distrust the attorney so much, you need to retain the services of an attorney to protect your interests. The attorney you retain will be working for you, will have your interests at heart, and can advise you on what the permissible actions are in your particular case and fact pattern.

If you don't know an attorney, contact your local or state bar association for a referral.

I dont think that the attorney can just change his story unless he discovered facts that changed his mind about whatever is going on after he originally filed a motion. Good luck

Maybe you won't get a supeona and you don't have anything to worry about.
