I'm pretty sure it's a holistic treatment, I think salons might provide the service or is there a specialty name for it? Apparantly you soak your feet in a substance and before you know it, the substance is then black from the toxins in your body. Did somebody make this treatment up to see if I would believe them??

It works! The Treatment is called Clay baths. It pulls the toxins out of the body. I have obtained mine from magnetidclay.com
It never hurts to try something new. It beats taking drugs that surpress the issue.

Detoxification? Actually, Epsom salts in a bath tub works good for that....

Detox foot baths. Or cleansing foot baths.
I could not find any information on the process that you describe but managed to find one on detox foot pads - which turn colour after you apply them on. Here it is
