a pair of black and white horizontal tights Wat clothes shld i go along with?

I think either red top with red shoes..... or like
black top, black shoes....denim skirt
white top, white shoes.....
but to be honest i think any colors would go great with those tights..as long as you patternize it :) (purple, teal, hotpink, no bright colors tho like yellow or orange...)
also try some silver earings too, or try a semi long shirt to make them look like pants.!
