You should ask them to instigate their nuisance caller policy. You need to call customer services immediately after each nuisance call, they will then be able to log this (they do have access to the number that is calling you, however due to data protection laws are not obliged to give it to you) As long as you do not call or reply to the nuisance caller and you have reported this as a nuisance call and received a crime reference number Verizon will then issue a warning to the chap calling you, if he continues to harass you, (you will only need one more example logged with the customer services) Verizon should bar him from the network.
With regards to your cancellation of your contract, verizon are not obliged to let you out early, and could impose an early termination fee on you. I would stay the two months - get the pervert barred, then move to Sprint.
Good Luck!

Unfortunately, the contracts from cell phone companies are pretty tight.
Have you tried changing the phone number? You are only 2 months away, and changing the phone number shouldn't be a big deal. Maybe if you are happy with the service except for the prank calls, you could agree to a new 2 year contract with the new number. That would show them some evidence that you aren't just trying to escape from the contract, but that you have a legitamit problem??
Only other thing I can think of is start dating someone that works there? :-) Amazing what someone on the inside can pull off!
Good Luck

Well, if verizon does not, tell them u are contacting the fcc and do so. You can not be liable nor billed until the fcc finishes the investigation which u may never hear from them ever. Give it a try.
If u need the fcc phone number, call and ask Verizon. They will tell u.

pick it, save him speaking and be conscious the position the communication is going. in a lot of situations if I commence speaking dirty, they play into it for a couple of minutes, then after I fall sick and twisted with the communication, they draw close up...then I snort my a$s off.
