Nerve signaling in AP Biology?

Question

hey i'm a sophmore in AP Biology, i found the biochemistry beginning to be really easy, but i didn't get the nerve signaling and action potential part at all, i even flunked the test (15/31) does anyone have a good explanation or a good website that can explain it in simplistic words???
