Hm, may i ask you that whether if u r using Singnet dial-up or singnet broadband?? If you are using the dial-up service and if there are a lot of people using the dial-up service, your Internet will be lag. If you are using singnet broadband service, you may want to see which kind of plan you have signed.

they are run by adsl not cable type
