I used to have an older car. I called her Betsy. She would sputter, spit, groan, choke, and shudder. Then she would warm up and start humming. It wasn't long until she would be roaring and grabbing the pavement. After a day/night of checking out the mall or clubs, she would sit her butt down at home (in the garage) and close her eyes (headlights) with a sigh.

When I turn my car on, she purrs to life and gives me a subtle roar of satisfaction. As I press on her accelerator, she shudders and I can feel the quickness in her movement. The harder I push, the faster she responds. As I hold her shift knob in my hand, she begs me to take her higher, and when I do, she always does a little jump and I can feel her finally letting loose. As our ride comes to a climax, I realize I will love her forever.

I am sure that there are things that can dress up the car, or get a special horn for it. I treat my car like it understands me, like thanking her for starting, and weaving in and out of traffic or saying I am sorry for breaking to hard, or flooring it to fast. I finally own the thing, I have to be nice. lol

I take it are needing this info for some sort of writting class/assignment. Yes you can, usually used in narrative pieces, because narrative pieces are story telling. Good luck
