My husband and I had this problem. I switched us to a hypoallergenic deodorant. No problems since. We were allergic to the perfumes in the deodorant.
Almay deodorant is awesome. Never had any problems since.

could me different things. Did you shave? The hair growing in could cause itching. Are your armpits clean? Do you have too much deodorant caking and getting sweaty and bacteria growing causing itching? Are you allergic to your deodorant? You have to think about it.

That happens to me once in a while also. Maybe it is your deodorant that you use. Try switching to dove deodorant. Sometimes it could be sweat that itches them also.

you deoderant is drying you out or worse you have a fungus
