I am scared of waxing my bikini area, plus because I like every hair gone, so I don't even know if you can wax it all. but anyhow, I like to shave it all of but I get horrible razor burn and these itchy bumps, on the top, for like a week and half after. Because it is so bad I will only do it like once a month but I shave the bottom like every other day. It's just a big hassle but I like to be clean shaved. Is there any way to avoid the bumps and still shave. I have tried the stripper trick with the deodorant. It doesn't work for me. If there isn't anything I can do if I shave, what other options do I have to simplify things

If it is something that you are serious about and want long term hair removal, I would suggest saving up and getting your bikini line lasered. We do laser hair removal in our office (gynecology office) and many women come in to get their bikini line done. It costs about $125/session in our office and can take 4 or more sessions for it to be completely gone for good. You go in once every 6 weeks and it takes only about 30 minutes per session. Women love it so much that they save up money to come back and have their arm pits done, their legs and anything else you can imagine. Good luck to you and honestly this is a permanent solution and worth the money you put in to it!

I already tried almost everything for the bumps but didn't work. You do can wax top and bottom but hurts really bad, this is my recommendation ( what I do), you should try to shave the bottom daily and wax the top every two weeks, these is the time that the hair take to grow, and if you wax the hair will be soft.
Hope you get my idea, is very easy.
Good luck!!

with shaving, do it after youve showered. that way the hair is at its softest point. if you use shaving cream, let it sit on the area for a few mins. use a sharp razor, and try not to go over the area more than once. this is a major reason for the razor burn and bumps. then, follow up with a rich lotion. but make sure its for sensitive skin, or unscented. if it still itches, which it shouldnt, but if it does, try not to scratch. that will only irritate the skin furthur.
if shaving is still irritating to the skin, try the hair removers made specifically for the bikini area such as Nair or something similar. always do a test on the skin first, seeing as this area is much more sensitive and everybody reacts differently to the chemicals. though still follow up with a rich moisturizer. hope this helped..

Have you tried "Bikini Zone"?

I haven't used it in a while, but it worked really well for me when I did.

It is like a gel that is supposed to stop irritation after shaving. You can get it at any drugstore.
