I'm taking classes myself right now. I have three more nights left and the class's test.

You pretty much need to get the concepts down. The toughest part is the different types of financing for me. For some of my classmates, it is the math that gets them. The math aparently is a small fraction of the questions. Don't focus too much if the math is tripping you up.

Read as much as you can and take practice tests. We've got questions at the end of each chapter, a study guide and CD Rom test questions.

I have also sat in on classes taught by other instructors. Sometimes a new perspective can help too.

Once you start your test, take you time. Don't rush through reading the scenarios of each question.

Hang in there, you'll be fine.

What kind of help do you need? What state are you in? Does the school your taking classes at offer a prep course? If so, take it!!! The one I went to was 2 days in a row and 8 hours each day, but so worth it. If there is a prep course available, take it one or two days before your exam, as everything will be fresh on your mind and you'll likely do better on your test. Texas has one of the hardest exams, but I passed it on my first try and with almost a perfect score. If there are any specific questions I can answer for you, please send me an e-mail via my website below. Good luck!
