Depends on what part of the country you are from. If you are in California I would say just a miniskirt. If it is cold and that is the style then were lggings if you must..

just the minis. i don't like the look of leggings with my mini. anyways, its harder to show ur legs with leggings.

if they look fat in leggings, go w/ the mini
