I used to be an independant consultant for Lancome. I quit bc I hated my manager but the mascara is amazing a for and my eyelashes look how you described yours so I continue to buy my mascara from there. I have never found anything better. My fave has been discontinued it was called Amplify. But go to the counter and they will tell you which will work best for you

You mean you have them, or you want them? L'Oreal VolumeShocking makes my short stubby ones look great, and in waterproof formula, it lasts till I take it off...and sometimes longer. It's a booger to get off.
If you already have the lashes, just use clear mascara to make them sparkle a bit!
