The absolute best way to do this is to get it professionally done. Since carpal tunnel, as you know, reduces small motor function in the hands and wrists, it would be difficult to pull off the strips easily and to apply the wax correctly. Also, the men and women at salons are professionals and are more capable of not messing it up than you would be. (Not doubting your abilities, you're just new!)

The best thing for you to do is go to a beauty salon and get your brows plucked, the reason is that since you have carpal's it is best to have them done by someoneelse......its better to be safe than sorry.
However if you would prefer to do the by yourself, Avon has a strip free was that works wonder....contact an Independent Avon rep to order...or 1-800-avon

walmart or kmart or any of the grocery stores usually carry "wax strips" they are either by nair or sally hansen and both work quite well, best bet is a professional beautician but these work in a pinch
