man can levitate objects against gravity by using some other force say an applied force of a gas jet, a bouyant force, a magnetic force or an electrostatic force. I even saw an experiment of levitation of a small object by using the pressure of sound waves. The best example of levitation I can think of is the magnetic levitation trains. These trains are lifted (levitated) off of their rails by a strong magnetic field. The reduction of friction allows them to travel at much higher speeds then normal trains.
As far as people levitating things by the mind, it is an illusion and although we would like to dream this can happen alas I must sadly tell you that you would be wasting your time and energy to try to levitate something with your mind. With some good drugs you might think you are levitating.

Gravity is the result of a push by a fluid matter (dark matter).
This fluid matter is a substance of space which is the cause of all motion and holds the shape of matter including the Human body.
When one jumps up in the air,he is doing work against the push of gravity. In that sense he is levitating but only for a short time than, he is pushed down to ground again.

We cannot physically buck gravity if we did then all the atoms of our body whould not stay together any more.
So gravity is responsible for holding the configuration of our body.

No, no one can create antiravity. Magicians aren't really levitating, they're creating illusions.
