My husband and I are trying to conceive and when we make love and he reaches his peak, afterwards when he leaks out of me does it mean his sperm didn't go where it was suppose to go? And can I still get pregnant?

its supposed to come out. sperm still gets inside of you. not ALL of it though obviously. and yes u can get pregnant! :)

Take it from me.... trying ot concieve our second as well!
It only takes but one little drop, to become pregnant.... so dont worry about it not going where it needs to.... try placing a pillow under your hips, which helps elevate you, and may reduce the amount of ejaculation, that finds its way back out! You, could even lay there after he has ejaculated, with your legs propped up, or in the air, for a few mins 10 - 20 mins..and try not to pee right after wards, which washes any sperm away.....Sperm, doesnt have to be INSIDe you... it can work its way into your vigina from the out side...like i siad it only takes a drop!!! Have you tried Basil temp, that might work for you...and also you can change sexual postions..... Our son was concieved on May 14th, 2003... we change postions that night an d POOF, that did it!!!! (try him on top, with your legs pushed toward your stomach... the sperm, can reach were they need to go a lot easier, since your insides will be closer... laying this way)

You know, I'm not sure about that. That happens to me all the time BUT I remember when I got pregnant with my daughter (it didn't leak) and this time I got pregnant, (it didn't leak either). I don't want to say for sure but most likely when it leaks a whole lot you probably won't get pregnant. I could be wrong, just giving you my experience, I guess you'll find out soon if you are pregnant to see for yourself.

Only a few of his strong sperm will make it up there, if any. It always leaks out otherwise you would be pregnant w/ 100 babies lol. And laying on your back won't help. Try being ontop, or him behind he will penetrant further getiing sperm closer to where they need to be. God LucK

All it takes is one little tadpole! Also, I know it's an old wives tale but when I was trying to get pregnant whenever we'd finished I used to lay half upside down on the bed with my legs and hips in the air. I know that sounds abit dumb but a little gravity never hurt!! It only took us two months to conceive aswell - good luck and have fun trying!!!!!!

You'll get pregnant when the time is right! My best tip was not having intercourse every day during ovulation, but every other day.
