ermm...lol GHANA is the country, formerly Gold coast, it's capital is accra and when you mean time difference what do you mean the time difference between GHANA and where? it's one hour ahead of london though (GMT +1), about six hours ahead of NYC / ATL, and nine hoursd ahead of Nevada/California (that's when the US is not doing thier daylight savings thing)
