whatever you do do not let your gaurd down. continue to be nice to them but do not let them walk all over you. this will start to really annoy them they want a reaction from you but don't give them the satisfaction. always remember that you will never behave like that because you are a better person

If this person is a bully we all know that the only way to stop their behaviour
is to face them. Don't run away. I did and left a job I loved. Stand your
ground and let this bully know that you are ready for a fight. Remember
that inside every bully is a frightened little kid. Be strong.

THATS a tuff one. THE fact is this they dont think they are nasty.EVERY one around them is the PROBLEM.
