what is the name the electrical panel that holds the breaker ??

There are about a billion different types of breakers. In a house you take the cover off the box and pull the breaker up from the side closest to the center of the panel.

turn it off, grab it closest to the switch and pull, then unscrew the wire...or ....hire a professional
