If I left my pumped breastmilk in the refrigerator for 12 hours is it still ok to freeze it... or has it gone bad?

You can freeze it for 3 months in a standard freezer, 6 months in a deep freeze.
Breastmilk can also be left out for four hours without going bad, left in the refridgerator for up to three days.

Yes, go ahead and freeze it. My milk is almost always that old when I freeze it. I'd try to freeze it within 24 hours of pumping, but even if you can't freeze it that fast it should still be good for at least 3 days in the fridge until you can freeze it (pumped milk can be refrigereated for up to 8 days).

If you stored it properly in a breastmilk storage container or bag you can freeze it now. It stays good in the fridge for 8 days and 3-4 months in the freezer.

You're fine to go ahead and freeze it.
If you'll use it within 7 days, just leave it in the fridge since freezing and thawing can break down some of the good components of the milk.

You can freeze it. Think about it: working moms have to store milk for 8 hours or more before they can get it home to freeze it, and that works fine. As long as it was properly stored and it stayed refrigerated the whole time, no worries at all.

DONT freez it if its been in the fridge that long, use it up, but next time freez it after it cools a bit, and you can keep it in the freezer for up to nine month. or in the fridge for 24 hours.

yes it is fine! trust me! i dont know why these people are saying its bad.. you can leave it out for up to four hours and in the fridge for up to three days and then decide you want to freeze it,, yes 12 hours is fine! if you dont belive us, call your nurse and ask her in the a.m. but TRUST us who say its fine....
