is it soft? I've never felt it before.

its not that soft, like fuzzy or anything. its just really light since its pretty much just a big hole. ever touched a kids tu-tu (like ballet tu-tu) thats what it is. i have some here sitting next to me, i wish i could show it to you, i'm pretty sure you'd know what it was if you saw it

It's like a fine meshed netting. It's soft and stiff at the same time. It's the netting-type fabric that is used in wedding decorations a lot.

It is itchy and scatchy, very stiff and is what tutus are made of.

~it feels kind of rough, it looks nice but i hate the feel of it it makes me itchy~
