sorry I mean to help with getting the loan...what do they generally like to see?

You need a substantial down payment and good credit.
Usually you will need to find backers (someone to help put up money), or partners, if you don't have the money on your own.
A lot of banks won't give out a loan for the business end since it is risky but sometimes you can get a loan to purchase the building.
Most times you *sell* yourself to the seller and then the business is sold on a land contract.

You don't need any education to own a business. All you need is start up capital and entrepreneur skills. My best advise is do not go into a business unless you know about it.

to sustain and give you some profits

No degree...you own it, don't need someone to hire you.
