He's from Singapore.
As Singapore is opening up 2 Casino, guess he is there to experience it himself. Previously during his time as PM of Singapore, he strongly against setting up Casino in Singapore, as he deem that it will hurt the foundation of the nation.
Now he has changed his position.
Opinion of American? Do the American cares for any asian?
