If I asked two teachers that I wanted a letter of recommendation. My questions is am i too late compared to the other americans who asked for letter of recommendations like do they ask in early october or early noember or when on average? Im saying this because I am afraid that I am too late like for USC or NYU

Kids ask me all year long for letters. It is okay. But try to get them this week and get them sent in; the sooner the better.
You will probably need more later as well. Often I have heard that there are January deadlines, but this is not always the case. Sometimes they are later.

If the college calls for them, then they must be despatched including your software. If the letters are for scholarships, they must be despatched with the scholarship software. The remaining dates might want to then remember upon the college's software time decrease or the scholarship time decrease.
