Call the doctor. Your baby is only 3 months old, you need the advice of a medical professional. I've never heard of giving a child that young prune juice - they generally start with apple juice for infants.

I had and still have to give my son prun juice for his constipation. when he was that young the first time i gave it to him he had a red rash on his face almost like it was dry skin.. and with in a couple of hours it went away. as far as the spots on her body it could be a heat rash or a mild reaction. My doc had me only give about a teaspoon of prun juice and a teaspoon of water when he was that young. Also, even now when he drinks juice if any of it gets on his face it will turn red. And he is 8 months old now. I hope that this helps.

you know, if she was constipated, and you gave her prune juice, you did good...Now the prune juice will make her poop, but she would still have to strain really hard to get it passed. I am willing to bet that those marks are from her straining so hard to poop. Both my babies did that at some point or another in infancy. Next time though , just try some apple juice, not watered down. It is less harsh on babys tummy than the prune juice, and it tastes better too. Apple juice tends to make the stool a lil softer as well, so it is not so bad on baby to pass.

Take her in to the Dr for a look. It sounds like it may be a reaction.
I'm worried that the Dr told you to give baby prune juice though. Breastmilk or formula is all they should have until 6 months. A glycern suppository would have been better, in my own opinion.
Sport, rashes and swelling are signs of an allergic reaction.

first calm down. stop with the prune juice and try apple juice, also dark karo surype mixed in milk works wonders just a T. is enough. BTW that was from my pedatrician.
Now the rash could be caused by the juice or it could be something else. where is the rash? Is her skin dry?is it on her/he cheeks more? It could be eczema. so should be looked at by a doctor if not cleared up or gets worse in 2 days.

As long as she is breathing fine and not wheezing then she will be ok. If it gets worse, has trouble breathing get her to ER asap. Most of these things will go away overnight. My ped has always suggested just a bit of Karo syrup in their formula. It works like a charm. If you breastfeed then maybe just a tiny bit of warn water with a little bit of karo in it. Not too much, but the sugar in it makes them go and it is safe.I would say that 1/4 teaspoon is more than enough. My daughter is allergic to so many things I can't begin to count. This one thing helped her get thru those times. Do not give prunes and remember to write that on the list of things to look out for. Yes this sounds like either allergies or an intolerance to it. Call the doctor in the morning if you are concerned. Weird that a ped would suggets this. I would be concerned about that one.
I found this article thought it might be helpful
Constipation is when the motions are like small, hard pellets, and the baby is having difficulty passing them, or is in pain. Constipation does not refer to the frequency or motions, unless there is a remarkable change in frequency from your baby's usual pattern. Formula-fed babies tend to have firmer bowel motions than breast-fed babies. The colour of the motions also can vary from bright yellow to dark green! The appearance of motions will change when formula is started and this is normal.
Constipation can be related to many things, but is most often due to inadequate fluid intake. Motions are dry when your baby has low fluid levels. One of the ways the body tries to conserve water when fluid is low, is to re-absorb any available fluids in motions. This is why extra fluid needs to be offered. Start with 30 - 50ml of extra cooled, boiled water between milk feeds. If this does not solve the problem, add a teaspoon of brown sugar to 100ml water. The sugar helps draw water into gut and thus softens the motions. At this stage, your baby is too young for fruit juice (which works in the same way as sugar) as it is too concentrated.
Fruit juice should not be offered until your baby is older and then should be very dilute. If formula-feeding, check that you are preparing the feeds to the right dilution. If you concentrate the formula by over packing the scoop, you will not be adding enough water. This can also occur if you put powder into the bottle before water. This can lead to dehydration and contribute to constipation. Remember to give extra fluids in hot weather when your baby can easily become dehydrated.

If you feel your baby is allergic, do not give her anymore of the juice. If she is having no trouble breathing, then you should be ok right now. However, I would take her to the doctor as soon as possible just as a precaution. It is always better to be safe than sorry. Good luck!
