12^(1/2) * X^(3/10)

because square root of anything = (anything)^(1/2)

square root of 12x^(3/5) = (12x^3/5)^(1/2) = 12^(1/2) * x^(3/10) = 2*3^(1/2) * x^(3/10) I think it is simpler

it should be 2X*square root of 0.6X
