To add on in a way to another question I have posted, with another question, As I said in my previous posting I let my daughter go to Washington before my divorce was final, now that the divorce is final and I have sole custody how can I make them send her back. I am willing to pay for the ticket, but if she won't come on her on can I legally make her.

If you have custody of her, and she is under 18, then you have every right to get her back.

Speak with an attorney, or local law enforcement, and see what can be done. Be sure to have your divorce papers with you, so you can show without a doubt that you are supposed to have custody of her.

If she is with her Dad, and he is not letting her go back with you, or is not making her go back with you, he could easily get in trouble, as this would be in violation of what the court has ordered.

Yes, I believe you can legally make her. If she is under age, and legally your responsibility, you can even report her as a runaway and she can be picked up by the police, I believe.
