I did mine on the place I work... just gave information on the policies and brought in some examples of paperwork. It was probably my best speech cause it was something I was comfortable talking about because it's a daily thing for me, and I happened to know a lot about it. Plus, it advertised for work, and opened up for questions.

Doing it on some one you dont know might be little more fun
