I am applying Early Decision to WFU and have the following credentials:
3.5 GPA
730 V 670 M 750 W
Great Rec's and Essays
NHS (2 yrs)
Varsity tennis (2 yrs [1 JV])
Lacrosse club captain (2 yrs)
Rec league bball (2 yrs)
Backpacking and trailwork for community service (4 yrs)
I'm in some other clubs and have other hobbies, but with just this, do I have a shot?

Have you tried talking to one of their admissions people or even one of their tennis coaches? They can provide you some answers. If you have not registered for the NCAA database, it needs to be done if interested in competing in intercollegiate sports. Also, it could help with a reference from a teacher or person in the field or a subject related to the field give a recommendation. It is worth a try still on early decision.

depends on your school..did you go to ABC high school or some amazing prep school. Too many other variables but 3.5 at a ok school is ok..you might get in but when push comes to shove they are gonna take a 3.5 from a prep school over you..way things work.
