I am the new captain for my schools gymnastics team, and we need to raise 800 dollars quickly! Any ideas.... candy bar sales etc. things that work.
And websites where i can get ahold of the companies.

Since you are the gymnastics team, put on a show or something at your stadium or on your stage or in the gym. Have the students pay for money.
Have a carnival, have a dance, have them pay for tickets and food.
You can sell pretty much anything, like you said candy bars...good luck.

The girls on the soccer team I coached did a car wash. Trick was...it was a free car wash. They worked on tips alone. After about 5 hours they had raised between $400-$500. If you did it two Saturdays, you would easily get your $800.
Get the parents to help donate drying rags, sponges, and help set up hoses and what not.

carwashes...and sell candy...selling candy will be so easy you dont even know! the boys buy all the candy in a couple of classes!

throw a party with dj's, charge 10$ to get in say it's for a fund raiser.
