Well I believe It should be absoloutely free environment.
So All should be able to do what they really want to.

So if your sisters exams are coming that doesnt mean that you should not watch TV.

First thing your sister should sit in another room and study there so she can study and you can watch TV.

If this is not possible then you both sisters have to come to mutual conclusion about the timings. Like when you want to watch TV she can plan to take some rest or plan to have dinner like that.

yup i agree wat tb says so while u watch tv ur sister gets disturbed & she cant concetrate on her studys.
