Yes....I think that they should be allowed to chose between firing squad, public hanging, or drawing and quartering.

I myself don't believe in death row. I feel that makes us no better than the criminal. Being that we do have a death row though I don't believe the criminal should choose their execution. Most if not all death row criminals are in for murder and the victims did not get to choose their death, why should the criminal get to choose their own?!

No... absolutley not. Some type of lethal injection administered humanly should be used the same for all. Now on the OTHER hand perhaps we should find more horrific and torturous methods to kill the lawyers that earn a living degrading the justice system.

Prisoners shouldn't receive the death penalty for any crime. We, as humans, do not have the right to administer life and death to other humans. Those who get executed for crimes will not be able to suffer and think about their actions thus giving them an instant death. It's like abortion: stopping life is the same as taking away a life.

Their victims couldn't pick their method of death, so why should death row prisoners. I say use them for human experimentation for the betterment of mankind. Try all the new cancer medicines on them instead of using mice....)(

I don't believe they should. Loss of life and liberty for a death row convict were a result of extreme acts. Why would one allow this type of person to dictate how they should die when they (in the case of murderers) didn't allow their victims to live?

Did their victims get to pick their method of death? I say they all get quatered. If they go peacefully from lethal injection, what's there to be scared of? Make it hurt. Make others not want to have it done to them. And make it more common for criminals. :-)

no, and honestly, they need to set a limit on the appeals one can have, or limit the years ones spends on death row. it is ridiculous that we are paying for the care of these people just waiting in queue to die.

I don't think so. I think that they shouldn't have very many privilages at all, but I'm leary of the death penalty. I think it should only be used in extreme cases where there is absolutely no doubt. It's a very touch subject.

Absolutely! Why should you care how they are executed as long as they get it done. And why shouldn't they get to pick, it is after all their death.
