I'm in a class where there is a group of people who talk to eachother all the time and I'm just sitting there doing nothing they know I'm there because they say things to me and I know their not blind so they can see I'm there they like me it's just how do I get a conversation going or start one?

when u need a pen what does you do? u goes to a stationery store, choose & test a few pens till u find 1 u like, your problem is doing nothing, u r right they are not blind, but they do not like a high & mighty self-centred snob, sitting there doing nothing & expecting people comes flocking to u? go out and try talking to them

Be assertive and start the conversation. Maybe they think your a snob and that you don't want to talk with them. Let them know that you enjoy a good conversation and would like to take part.

Just talk about things they talk about, start rumors, or you could just talk with people you know.

Just say ''hi guys how are you?'' or ''Hey so and so I like that sweater.'' or ''Look at me I have on a cheese hat!''
