there is no such thing as Arkansas Central Time.
there is Central Standard Time and Central Daylight Savings Time though

cw new shows is on 7pm central time on sunday
reruns on abcfamily are on at either 5 or 6pm monday thru friday, and they often run marathons on the weekends.
