Right in front of us. It all depends on the vibrations. We can not see these other levels that are mixed right here. Larger portals also exist at Vortexes. Vortexes like the Bermuda Triangle, Sedona, and a few other places. These portals take us to another time and space. And even to visit the Other Side (heaven).
They do exist.

I've had some experience with what appeared to be a portal or a doorway. It ended up up in what appeared to be a large room with several other doorways or elevators.I was under the impression that it was deep underground somewhere as if some kind of bunker or central gateway. In the center of the room was a structure with what appeared to be the main power system. It might have been a ship also. From what I understand certain people who have been tagged or chosen can have their consciousness or spirit moved over long distances in a few seconds. Appearances can be deceiving though as would a delusional episode. Many of these memories can be planted while under hypnosis by unknown individuals. There are many conspiracies claims of extraterrestrials working with our government performing various experiments on our Psyche or by mind control. Astral travel or memories of an alleged trip can be planted or plugged in as some sci-fi movies have suggested. One movie made several years ago was with Christopher Walken and Natalie Wood called Brainstorm. More recently was the movie the Matrix. So, you need not travel anywhere physically to have these (shared) memories or experiences. Planets can have exchanges without any risk of contamination this way. Remote Viewing has been said to have some of these experiences with other world cultures. Keep an open mind and remember that less can be more.

Yes. But, as usual, the questions are easier that the answers. A portal to another dimension would probably be the equivalant of falling into a black hole. It would be a wild ride but you wouldn't be coming back to tell your story. Unless, you emerged in the past.

Sorry hun, no such thing as portals, as far as dimensions go there's as many as you want. Dimensions are rules of measure like the standard and metric systems. There is only one universe.
In the middle of every galaxy there is a star with amazing gravity that light can't escape, these stars look black and they're not holes.

Hi. Maybe. Some recent work on superstring theory calls for a structure (that's not the right word but it's close) in the universe called a 'brane'. If they exist, and if they are close, and if some other things we do not understand, happen, maybe a portal could connect them. My mind is open.

I did not hear of portals. Is it warm holes that connect two spaces?
It is good to read others answer.

Yea I think so, but not physical ones, you need to die or have a out of body experience to see them.
