What happened and how can I fix it?

I could not figure out what to do when I went to control panel then settings. Does anyone know this is driving me nuts.

you have to change the settings if it's word then go to page settings if it's the computer itself then control panel and find settings hope this can be of help

i know this thing. it's because of the hot keys used in a key board. use alt+arrows (different arrows for different results) to change it.
dont worry about it. it's no big deal.
