My video ipod shuts off automatically when I play some songs and it is fairly new, what's wrong?

It turns off only at some songs and It also goes slower than before and I've had it only for some months.

i know your problem, its an ipod therefor cheep and bad, throw it away and get a creative ZEN, ipods suck major ***

its sounds like the battery is low try charging it and for all we know it might have some kind of virus of somesort
