Greyhound only goes as far as Whitehorse, Yukon, but there are connecting services into Alaska.
Alaska Direct Bus Lines connects Whitehorse with Anchorage and/or Fairbanks; there are other companies that operate within Alaska as well.

There is apparently no greyhound service in Alaska at all.
Greyhound Canada does go from Vancouver to points in the Yukon Territory.
There is ferry service from Bellingham, WA, just south of Vancouver over the border, to various points along the Alaskan Coast.
Whether there are other buslines that may go, I so far have not found one, but there very well may be.
